many people think that the less they eat the thinner they get! but on the contrary, when one starves him/her self the body will be on it's alert so when any type of food is total absorbed by the body and it is stored as fat. so when wendy says that she only eat 450 calories and burns 600.... she is only doing harm! yes she does get thin because exercise is the only way of loosing fat, but she is starving her body, she can end up in a case of anorexia! combining a healthy diet (not only fruit and vegetables, but meat fish chicken, eggs, and even a small amount of sweets) and a great fitness work out will make you have the body type you have always wanted.
if anyone is interested in more information you can contact me on abigailgrech@hotmail.co.uk

Hey, i am only young but there is alot of peer pressure at the moment to have the best bikini body as it is reaching summer, i just need a diet that i can loose a few pounds, and thats not going to make me look like a stick. but that i cant feel comfortable in a bikini without my stomache peeping out, i have a sweet tooth, and i suppose i need to cut down on that, but the problem is i go on all these easy diet pages but all the foods i dont have or are to expensive, i just need things i can swap with. and what sort of exercises i can do with out access to a gym! thankyou!

I agree with Adam.

I am calorie counting and exercising 5 days a week. Running 3 days with toning/conditioning weights and swimming with sauna afterwards for 2 days. I also cycle to and from my work which may be only 2km each way but it still makes a difference. With the exception of swimming I wear a heart rate monitor and I am burning way more calories that what is on the list above. it has been programmed with my current weight and activity level and it has enabled me to improve on my fitness considerably. My advice is to eat well, exercise often and not get stressed out over it - if you don't cheat yourself you will suceed!

I have myleloma as well as diabetis 2, and when on treatmwnt (viacade) and steriods 80 tabs a fortnight it really throws my diabetis out. How can I manage this as the myeloma also effects my ability to walk as the pain kicks in at about 50 yards .and I want to diet as I swell up so much. PS I also have to drink a lot re: my kidneys. In short Im falling apart can you help? I still have a sense of humour so if you say I need putting down ill not be offended.
