Following the amount of interest in our diet plans, Lucy Smith has put together a weeks menu to give you an idea of how you can achieve a low calorie diet, whilst enjoying the foods you love!

These are not intended to form a diet to follow, just some examples and ideas to get you going!

Friday- Sensible day and night out!
